Jack has been on the boats since he was six years old. As a second-generation fisherman, he would go to sea with his dad and help out wherever he could. Now the skipper of the Miranda bay at only 28, Jack is considered among the new generation fisherman and says he is always working towards a more continuous future when it comes to the industry. “As a young father we are fishing towards our families future. If my kids ever decide they want to go to sea, I want to make sure there will be an industry there for them”.
